From the standpoint of the teeth themselves, when a space is left empty, the neighboring teeth drift into it, producing alignment problems such as tilting and over-eruption. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once the alignment is disturbed, the bite is affected too, which can extend to the jaw joint and facial asymmetry.
